Tampa-based company announces the promotion of Alaina Sims, Jennifer Lucas, Michael Chadwick, and Tonya DeVane from the customer success, product, and technology teams.
TAMPA, FL, July 20, 2023 –– The Omnia Group, an employment assessment company specializing in hiring and professional development, is delighted to announce the promotion of four outstanding employees – Alaina Sims, Jennifer Lucas, Michael Chadwick, and Tonya DeVane – earlier this month. Additionally, the company is making strategic investments in its sales team, fortifying its position in the assessment industry.
The following employees in the customer success, product, and technology teams have been promoted to key leadership roles:
Alaina Sims: Promoted to Senior Manager of Profile Analysis and Workflow from her previous Senior Analyst and Operations Coordinator role. She will lead the analyst team, manage daily workflows, and set priorities to ensure seamless client delivery and continuous growth.
Jennifer Lucas: Promoted to Senior Manager of Product Development and Optimization from her previous Quality Assurance Manager/Senior Analyst role. She will take on an expanded role to oversee product management and enhancements. She will be actively involved in implementing upcoming product upgrades and the launch of the improved CareerMaze, among other exciting advancements.
Michael Chadwick: Promoted to Vice President of Technology from his previous Director of Information Technology role. He will not only oversee the IT team, but will set the IT direction and coordinate infrastructure, CRM management, and application delivery across the organization. His contributions to technology enhancements will be invaluable in achieving higher efficiency and improved client satisfaction.
Tonya DeVane: Promoted to Vice President of Customer Success and Product Optimization from her previous Director of Customer Success role. Tonya will be instrumental in optimizing product offerings to deliver more value and drive business growth in her new capacity. Her vast expertise and experience in providing top-quality customer satisfaction make her uniquely suited for this critical position.
