Partner Spotlight
The Omnia Group has been working on a partnership with Media Job Board, a new venture that connects job seekers with employers in the media business. This came to us through a long term partner, Phillip Beswick. Our team has worked diligently behind the scenes to get this set up. Another referring rep, Laurie Kahn with Media Staffing is also a huge part of the sight and will refer Omnia in her consulting practice. We’re excited to share that the site just launched. You can see it here.Â
Dear Omnia, from a sales leader viewpoint, what is the one thing (or two) that leaders can do to support success?
Answer:Â First, it’s important to avoid a one-size-fits-all approach. Get to know your people and their natural tendencies. Varying your coaching, communication, and motivational tactics to meet their needs will get you further than trying to fit everyone into the same mold.
Secondly, nothing cures a bad day like a closed deal. But, in trying times, we need to find other ways to define success for our competitive salespeople. What else can you measure as a win? Customer retention, quality of work, recognition, getting people involved with new projects or even contributing to other areas when the numbers aren’t there?
As this year winds down, we wanted to thank you for your partnership with The Omnia Group, Inc.Â
We’ve achieved fantastic results thanks to your partnership, and we’d love to share your feedback and achievements with our team.
If you have a few moments, would you submit a short testimonial about your experience working with us?Â
Thank you for your consideration and time, and thank you for being a loyal Omnia Group, Inc. customer!
Have a safe and happy holiday season with family and friends!
We are looking forward to a continued partnership in 2021!

Omnia’s CRO Keather Snyder addresses challenges leaders are facing, though they may not recognize it. In Keeping Spirits Bright when Times are Tough – How are you doing? Snyder acknowledges being a leader can be tough, especially in on-going conflict, though there are strategies and boundaries to employ that can help alleviate stress, reduce burnout (yours and your team’s), and create a space to step away without letting all the chips fall in the process.Â
If you’re struggling with stress or on the verge of burnout, check out Jennifer Lucas’s article 5 Tips to Deal with (or Avoid) Becoming a Bad Manager. She includes tips for both managers and employees, from checking your empathy to more externally actionable items. A must-read for any position.Â
