🤝 New Partners Page, Exclusive Webinar, Events & Updates
Greetings! Welcome to this quarter’s Omnia Partner Newsletter!
In these first five months of 2023, we have onboarded five new partners to our thriving partner community. We are humbled and grateful for our partners across five countries that have contributed to our growth and shared our successes.
Launching a dedicated Partners page on our website and our inaugural Omnia Partner Connect webinar are testaments to our commitment to strengthening the bond with our partner community. We remain dedicated to sharing important updates and valuable resources and providing unconditional support to maximize the benefits of our partnership.
Speaking at our partners’ internal events and industry conferences is one of the ways we extend our support. Since the last newsletter, we have spoken at Florida Bankers Association HR and Wellness Conference and Young Agents Council Sales and Leadership Conference and presented webinars on topics such as Addressing Conflict to Build Team Unity, Improving Employee Engagement Through Authentic Communication, and The Hiring Holy Grail: Your Guide for Interviewing, Developing, and Retaining a Sales Dream Team.
Coming up this month is the Florida Bankers Association Annual Meeting where we have a VIP booth, and we are speaking at the Assurex Global HR Meeting on The Art and Science of Hiring.
In this issue, we are spotlighting our long-time partner Mark Levy, a pro in the broadcasting industry and a dynamic public speaker. We hope you enjoy learning about Mark.
See you on September 1st!
Partner Spotlight: Mark Levy of Mark Levy Consulting Omnia Recognizes a Great Partnership
We are honored to spotlight our partner Mark Levy, who we also featured on our inaugural Omnia Partner Connect webinar.
Mark is the former GM of numerous broadcast companies and is now an in-demand public speaker, leadership coach, sales and management trainer, and business development consultant in the U.S. and abroad. He has been a frequent speaker for the National Association of Broadcasters, Radio Advertising Bureau, Small Market Television Exchange, International IDEABANK, and National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters. He has spoken at Broadcast Education Association conferences, dozens of state broadcasters organizations, and internationally in Barbados, Canada, the Cayman Islands, Guatemala, South Africa, and Trinidad.
Mark has been using the Omnia assessment for hiring in broadcast companies and also for National Guard Battalions when they were looking to multiply their recruitment numbers and grow their leadership skills.
“I’ve been blessed to work with Omnia for a long time. Now, all companies make mistakes, but not learning from those mistakes is, well, stupidity. And here is a big one. Most companies use Omnia as a hiring tool, and that’s great. But really smart companies give current employees Omnia assessments to foster better relationships and productivity between managers and their charges. And with so many assessments Omnia has available, companies can find the best ones to suit their current needs. Notice I said current needs because smart companies realize that things will change.” – Mark Levy
Mark is a former horse jockey and has played in bands as a percussionist for over 40 years. He is looking forward to retirement and making his dream of becoming a “pro-fisherman” come true. We will miss him, and we wish him all the best!
