🤝 What’s New for Our Partners, Automotive Industry Focus, Curated Articles & Events
A better candidate experience is at the core of our solutions, and we are committed to making the assessment process easier for your customers. We kicked the year off with the release of our third independent validation study. We remain EEOC/ADA compliant, and the assessment continues to be above the 0.80 standards for reliability. A better candidate experience means keeping up with language customs and user behavior. So, we modernized our behavioral assessment by updating several words from the adjective checklist. We also launched a quicker, easier, 3-part mobile-friendly assessment. Please reach out to your Omnia contact if you have any questions about these new enhancements.
Another exciting highlight has been the release of our second annual Talent Trends Survey Report: Amplify Your Organizational Success. We surveyed 380 companies from ten different industries to explore talent management issues impacted by the rising inflation and recessionary climate. The report provides insights to help you develop a resilient talent strategy in 2023 and beyond. Download your copy if you haven’t already, and we encourage you to share it with your customers as well.
We have been hosting in-house webinars and speaking at various partner community events. We judged the top intercollegiate sales competition Selling with the Bulls, presented at the Insurance Networks Alliance (INA) Conference on Mastering the Art and Science of Identifying Top Talent, and ran a session for insurance industry coaching and consulting specialist Craig Wiggins.
Besides the insurance, banking, and credit union industries, we have been actively involved in the automotive industry — which is rapidly changing, with consumers increasingly going online and considering EV adoption options. Ultimately, the emerging business models in the automotive sector have implications on talent requirements, and Omnia is helping partners stay effective with talent acquisition and development aspects.
In this issue, we are spotlighting our long-time partner Jim Ziegler, who is the authority in the automotive space. We hope you enjoy learning about him and his business.
See you on June 1st!
