🎉 A Year In Review & Exciting News for 2023
Season’s Greetings! Can you believe it’s our last edition of 2022? If HR had its own astrological calendar, then it would have been the year of the empowered employee. Employees got what they wanted from “The Great Return,” and made employers rethink the value of culture, employee wellbeing, and employee engagement strategies.Â
This month, we reviewed the year from all perspectives that affected employee selection and retention highlighting the hottest trends we saw across industries. From creating a sense of belonging and connection in an organization to formalizing internal mobility programs — companies made tremendous efforts to give employees what they desire in their careers. Kudos to all!
