The Omnia Insights #44
🎉 Reflecting on 2023 and a Happy New Year!Â
What a phenomenal year this has been! As we say goodbye to 2023, we want to thank you for being a part of our journey.
We’ve achieved some remarkable milestones this year — we completed our third independent validation study and upgraded and modernized all our assessments, including our Target Selection and Development reports. Our team has grown; we forged many new partnerships and gave back to the communities we support.
We couldn’t have done all this without you!
This year, we intentionally focused on mental well-being and creating a stress-free work environment. And our consistent commitment to the community is what has tilted the scales in our favor in terms of employee engagement.
Several studies show that a commitment to corporate social responsibility, community involvement, and work-supported volunteer activities boost productivity, increase employee engagement, and improve retention. In this issue, we reflect on how we lead by example by taking you through the organizations to which our team devotes their time, talent, and treasure.
You will also find six effective strategies and actionable tips to attain that elusive work-life balance. Plus, we let you in on a secret to five things to have in your tool kit to keep your employees happy — going beyond throwing the regular office parties.
We hope you are making time to disconnect from work and recharge for 2024. We, Team Omnia, wish you a joyous, prosperous, and successful New Year!
