The Omnia Insights #9
A New Way Forward, Staying Accountable to Goals, and Building an Inclusive Culture
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” Einstein’s famous quote is remarkably accurate for what has gone on since we entered 2021. As we look forward to “new beginnings,” however shaky a start we had, we must do things differently to reimagine a new way forward.
Everything has changed – our experiences, desires, pain points. Our individual focuses have indeed shifted, as have our collective goals. Last year’s resolutions and intentions may no longer serve us. It may be time to review our goal-setting process as well. Take a moment to reflect, or use this helpful worksheet, to visualize your goals. Do they still make sense? If not, should you tweak or replace them?
We fully believe goal-setting is essential for motivation, success, and feelings of accomplishment. To support you in your new year, we suggest this on-demand webinar where we discussed how to reimagine your goals and goal-setting process in 2021.
And finally, thank you. We’re on cloud nine as we received heartfelt notes of congratulations on our 35th anniversary. We’ve included some kind comments about Omnia’s impact at the end of this newsletter. Happy resolutions and see you next month!

Words of Appreciation 🙌
On our 35th anniversary, our clients wrote us heartfelt words of appreciation,
and we couldn’t be happier!
“The Omnia Profile will change the way you hire. You will be able to look at the person’s strengths and weaknesses before hiring, saving your company and the candidate a bad experience due to a poor match.”
– The Appraiser Coach
“It has been a long time since we have had a bad hire and it is all thanks to Omnia… when I am having an issue with an employee I go back and look at the Omnia and it is there in black and white.”
– The Arkansas Financial Group Inc.
“The more I’ve learned about the Profile, the more impressed I am. Omnia saved us many times from a bad hire, and confirmed what we experienced with the candidate. Using Omnia takes a lot of stress out of candidate selection.”
