Welcome to 2022’s last edition of the Omnia Group Partner Newsletter!
The past few months have been amazing; thank you for being a part of it all! Reflecting on our 37 years in the business, the relationships we’ve forged with our referring partners, industry associations, and resellers stand out. We are committed to building and nourishing this community as we look to Omnia’s future.Â
Hopefully, you have received an introductory email from Naomi Viglas, our new Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Naomi is your point of contact for anything you need regarding Omnia solutions for your clients. She can help source speakers for your events, review sponsorship opportunities, and assist with collateral requests. We also just launched a special Omnia Partner Kit of digital branding and marketing assets to help you sell successfully. Be on the lookout for an email from Naomi that includes our new brand guidelines, logo, and collateral. Omnia remains laser-focused on the insurance and credit union industries. We actively support our partners with monthly training sessions and participation at their internal and external events, along with speaking and exhibiting at industry conferences. Seeing so many partners at the Allstate Mega Conference, IAOA Innovation Conference, FCAA Annual Member Meeting, Farm Credit Sales Leaders Conference, and many more was exciting.
And we recently welcomed FirstChoice, a MarshBerry company, to our partner community. They are in our partner spotlight of the quarter.
Mixing business with pleasure, Omnia associates met on October 13 at Zoo Tampa for an all-company meeting and day of reconnection. It was great fun. We hope you enjoy these photos from the event.

Omnia Recognizes a Great Partnership
FirstChoice, a MarshBerry company, serves the insurance and wealth management industries. FirstChoice combines two top-tier agency networks – MarshBerry Platform and First Choice Agents Alliance – into a unified model to help agencies maximize revenue and accelerate growth.
We kicked off our partnership with 2 webinars in June for FirstChoice members. In October, Omnia participated in the FirstChoice annual member meeting in Charlotte, NC. It was great to make new connections. Much of the discussion centered around agency growth and the need to attract young professionals to the insurance industry. Producer hiring and retention continue to be key priorities for everyone. We shared how our Omnia sales benchmarks can help agencies get the right person who’s wired to do this important role!Â
Congratulations to FirstChoice for raising $5,000 in the event’s silent auction, held on behalf of the Invest organization. Omnia Validity Study Update
Our team is hard at work on a third-party validation of our behavioral assessment. Thank you to all our partners for finding volunteers for the final phase. The preliminary results look good! We are excited to wrap this up by the end of November and share results in our next quarterly newsletter.Â
