New Remote Target Development Reports
The world changed and we are changing with it. We now offer our Target Development reports in two versions: onsite or remote.
When you order the report, you can select the employee’s work environment. Remote reports supply relevant, real-world advice for virtual interactions. We suggest choosing the remote choice for hybrid remote/office work.
Energy-Perspective-Intensity

New Personality Group Names
Omnia measures 4 personality traits – Assertiveness, Sociability, Pace and Structure. The result is 17 different combinations or personality groups. Omnia Annual Subscriptions
Never worry about reordering again. With a Target subscription plan, Target clients receive unlimited Target Selection, Employee Development and Grammar reports. Choose from a list of standard job benchmarks or create your own.
We have a basic Target plan or plans that include custom report packages, cognitive assessments, benchmark studies, and soft-skill webinars. Every plan includes user training and attentive client support.
