🎒Back to School with the University of South Florida & Talent Trends
Greetings! Welcome to this quarter’s Omnia Partner Newsletter!
It’s back-to-school time in the U.S., and it’s not surprising to find ourselves swept up in the whirlwind of excitement for the season. However, this is also the time of the year worldwide when you feel the time is running out to meet annual goals and the year-end is approaching rather fast.
In the spirit of the season, we are spotlighting our partnership with the University of South Florida (USF) and our annual Talent Trends research. Â
Let’s dive right in!
Sales and marketing jobs are at the heart of all companies—big and small, across industries. It’s a high-demand, high-pressure job that takes a certain kind of person to succeed. Sales and marketing are the foundation of Omnia’s partnership with USF. Our commitment to USF is to provide its students with tools and insights to build successful sales and marketing careers.
We judge the Selling with the Bulls annual intercollegiate competition hosted by their Center for Marketing and Sales Innovation at the Muma College of Business. We thoroughly enjoy engaging with students and answering their real-world sales and marketing careers questions at this high-energy annual event.
Our President and COO, Keather Snyder, is hugely passionate about developing future generations of professionals. She serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and volunteers her time to mentor students.
The Omnia assessment is now part of the USF sales curriculum to help students build self-awareness and identify their natural sales strengths and challenge areas. All USF Business Development Club members get a free Sales Styles report with objective insights, individual sales coaching advice, and a development action plan. Keather is now kicking off each sales semester by speaking to the students attending these classes.Â
