Welcome to 2022’s first edition of the Omnia Group Partner Newsletter!
We’re celebrating our 37th anniversary this month. Thank you for being a part of our journey. Earlier this month, our Co-founder and CEO, Heather Caswell, recounted how Omnia has come a long way – from mailing copies of the Omnia Assessment to embracing the fax to the online world we are in today. Â
We started the first quarter with self-reflection and goal-setting. In February, we took a deep dive into the value of benchmarking for finding a perfect job match and showing love to employees. This month was all about March Madness—we drew parallels between basketball and building winning teams, leadership, and coaching.
We have been steadily expanding our insurance industry focus with internal training programs. Craig Wiggins Coaching and Consulting (CWC), a Hall of Fame company transforming insurance agencies for 25 years, is in our partner spotlight for the quarter.

Omnia Recognizes a Great Partnership
We have partnered with CWC to solidify our reach to the Allstate Insurance agencies. Omnia assessments and benchmarks work as an effective hiring tool for the high-turnover insurance industry. CWC takes it further and leverages insights from the reports to drive training and development programs.
We are presenting four collaboration webinars with CWC this year. We had over 370 registrants for the first webinar in February on Mastering the Art and Science of Identifying Top Talent. Many of the registrants attended the live webinar and asked great questions. Watch the recording on YouTube anytime.

We launched an educational webinar series this year dedicated to the Omnia assessment and its real-world applications. It’s an hour-long session for our clients to understand Omnia’s 8-columns, EPIC, and practical applications. It has been well-received by users who show up with their challenges in interpreting reports and many other questions every month. Please feel free to invite your team members and customers to this recurring training session. And it’s easy to remember—the first Friday of every month!
