Since our founding in 1985, The Omnia Group has evolved from a passionate vision to create a unique behavioral assessment into a trusted industry leader in data-driven talent solutions.
This milestone anniversary beautifully coincides with Women’s History Month, and we take that opportunity to recognize the leadership of our co-founder, Heather Caswell, who continues to guide Omnia today.

We celebrate our long-tenured team members who have dedicated 25 years or more to our growth, and the loyal clients who have partnered with us across the decades.
