As the year draws to a close, Team Omnia is taking a moment to reflect on the memorable events that have marked our business throughout the year — each one playing a pivotal role in shaping our journey. In this last blog of 2024, we’ll revisit some of the standout moments that brought our team, customers, and partners together, highlighting the impact these events had on our growth and connections.
As in years past, we placed a strong focus on sharing valuable hiring, employee development, and leadership insights in 2024. In addition to our weekly blogs and regular article contributions to industry publications, we conducted webinars including our monthly First Friday Fundamentals and our quarterly Masterful Monday and Take Away Tuesday sessions. To kick off the year, we released The Blueprint for a Successful Company Culture. This 5-part eBook provides a comprehensive plan to help you create a thriving workplace and includes a survey for checking the pulse of your organization’s culture.
We published our 3rd annual Talent Trends Survey Report titled Reimagine Your Talent Strategies: Insights to Navigate the Fast-Evolving Landscape in 2024. This survey covers subjects such as hiring, employee turnover, retention, employee engagement, career development, and the use of AI-powered tools in talent initiatives. With the insights gathered in our report, Omnia endeavors to help organizations develop people-centric strategies to drive stability and growth.
We recently launched our 4th annual Talent Trends Survey and are looking forward to seeing what trends in people management and HR technologies will emerge. Be on the lookout for that report in February 2025!
In March, Omnia celebrated 39 years in the behavioral assessment biz! We’ve been so fortunate to be a trusted partner for our clients, helping them find the right candidate for the right job and playing a part in growing and developing their employees to create flourishing organizations. And we look forward to celebrating the big 4-0 in 2025 and sharing in more client successes!
We were excited to add Hindi to our online assessment languages in March, but we didn’t stop there! In September, we added Arabic and Vietnamese too. Our assessment is now available in 15 languages! We also implemented new auto-login URLs in our email assessment invitations, bringing the participant directly to the assessment without the need to enter an assessment ID or password. Login information is embedded within the URL and still provides the same security and single-use functionality as our previous login method. These are just part of our commitment to continually improve our services and systems, make them even more customer- and user-friendly, and offer more value to our clients.
Omnia was thrilled to be featured in an episode of Empowered with Meg Ryan as part of their Women Leaders in Technology series, specifically highlighting Women Leaders in HR Tech. Keather Snyder, Omnia’s President and COO, summed up the honor beautifully: “For nearly four decades, we have been a woman-owned and woman-led business committed to helping leaders build companies everyone loves working for. This recognition feels truly special. We’re thrilled to share our story with millions via Public Television.” Omnia celebrated by hosting a premier party, inviting clients, colleagues, partners, and friends to see the segment before the episode aired on all major networks.
October saw the launch of Omnia’s new website. Our redesigned website details Omnia’s history and our focus on helping our clients hire, retain, and develop star employees while also offering a wealth of valuable content along with a more user-friendly interface and easier navigation. And it looks great too!
And we rounded out the year just like we started it — by releasing a new eBook: Personalizing the Employee Experience: Creating Human-Centered Workplaces. This eBook provides actionable strategies for personalizing the employee experience within your organization and growing employee satisfaction and loyalty by cultivating a nurturing company culture.
Looking back at 2024, one word comes to mind: gratitude. Gratitude for the opportunities to support our clients and give back to our community. Gratitude for our hard-working, dedicated team that has been integral to Omnia’s longevity. As we wrap up our year in review, we also want to thank our clients for allowing Omnia to be part of their companies’ stories and for being instrumental in our success for nearly 40 years. Wishing you all a rewarding, joyful, prosperous 2025!
