The Omnia Insights #1
👉 Empowering Employee Growth; Remote Interviews; Post-Covid19 Workplace…
No doubt, these are extraordinary times. As we all continue adjusting to new routines around the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are learning new ways to engage employees through an evolving work environment.  This was the start of our communication for the inaugural launch of our monthly newsletter. However, we pause here to acknowledge what else is going on in our world.Â
We believe people sit at the heart of any business and Omnia’s mission is to help organizations become stronger and more productive through effective leadership. There are times when that is not always easy or comfortable, this is one of those times. People across the nation are feeling understandably sad, lost, frustrated and angry including employees of businesses both large and small.
Omnia stands against racism and inequality. What happened to George Floyd is wrong.
Communicating with your team about your stance can help build trust and goodwill in your organization, as well as help anyone struggling with the aftermath of emotions. Offer your support and start by recognizing the gravity of the situation. If you have a wellness program with mental health support or an EAP program, remind your team it is available with the details on how to use the program. Communication is necessary to shed light on racism and inequality and ultimately create change in our beautifully diverse world.
Omnia is committed to updating you on what’s happening as we work to serve our clients, so we are pleased to announce the launch of our inaugural monthly newsletter. Take in our insights for facilitating a smooth employee transition back to slowly-opening workplaces, new collaboration tools to stay productive while working remotely and how to master the art of conducting remote interviews.
We have launched a new eBook showing the power of insight, and will host a new interactive Q and A webinar on June 23 to talk about coaching, motivating and engaging your remote teams.
We’ll keep bringing you interesting developments every month – stay tuned. Until we see you next time, stay safe, stay healthy and keep learning!
