Omnia in 2026 So Far: Talent Trends, Ethos of HR, & More
Greetings, Omnia Partners!
Welcome to the first edition of our 2026 Partner Newsletter. We hope the first quarter has started well for you and your organization.
For Omnia, the year began on a meaningful note as we wrapped up our year-long 40th anniversary celebration with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Tampa Bay Chamber. We were honored to have Tampa Mayor Jane Castor join us for this special moment as we reflected on four decades of helping organizations make better talent decisions and celebrated the impact of women in business. As a woman-owned, women-led company, this milestone felt especially meaningful to our team.
Talent Trends 2026: Key Insights
We are excited to share the release of our Talent Trends 2026 Report, published at the end of February. This marks the fifth year of our longitudinal research tracking how SMBs are adapting their talent strategies in a rapidly changing workplace.
This year’s report includes insights from 451 organizations across 21 industries and highlights an important shift. While AI adoption continues to rise, leadership teams are also increasing their efforts around employee engagement, feedback systems, and structured talent practices. The message is clear. Technology may be advancing quickly, but organizations are recognizing that smart, strategic people decisions remain at the center of long-term success.
If you have not explored the report yet, we encourage you to review it and share it with your clients and networks.

Partner Spotlight
We are proud to spotlight Ethos of HR, a UK-based, tech-enabled HR consultancy led by founder and HR strategist Naseer Mohammed.
Ethos of HR was built on a simple belief: people are an organisation’s most valuable asset, and when HR is positioned as a strategic business partner, performance and culture thrive together. With over 16 years of experience across healthcare, hospitality, aviation, and consultancy, Naseer brings deep operational and strategic expertise to organisations looking to elevate their people function.
Ethos of HR works with SMEs, charities, and scaling organisations to design modern, future-ready HR infrastructures. Their services span:
- Strategic HR transformation
- HR technology implementation and optimisation
- Workforce planning and organisational design
- Leadership development and people capability building
- Employee engagement and cultural alignment
A key part of Ethos of HR’s offering is behavioural insight and data-driven people strategy, which is where their partnership with Omnia creates significant value.
By integrating Omnia’s behavioural assessment suite into recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, and team effectiveness programmes, Ethos of HR helps organisations move beyond intuition and make evidence-based people decisions. Whether supporting executive hires, developing high-performing teams, or strengthening leadership capability, Omnia’s insights enable deeper self-awareness, stronger communication, and improved organisational performance.
For Ethos of HR, Omnia is not just a hiring tool. It is a strategic development instrument embedded across the employee lifecycle. The combination of behavioural science and practical HR expertise allows their clients to align talent, culture, and business objectives with precision.
As Ethos of HR continues to expand its impact across the UK market, we are excited to see how their innovative, systems-driven approach, strengthened by Omnia’s assessment solutions, helps organisations build more resilient, engaged, and high-performing workplaces.
