Happy Holidays! We have a few fun new things to share in our last issue of 2021. Thanks for being here; whether you’ve only recently joined or been here all along – we appreciate you.

What a year it has been! While 2020 was all about crisis management, 2021 saw us adapting to the challenges of remote work, burnout, and unprecedented turnover. 2022 looks set to be the year of employee power.

That’s why in this issue, we list important employee engagement tactics and delve deep into the top 13 actions leaders can take to further build on those relationships.

The holiday season is here, and in the spirit of gifting something different this year, we focused on the gift of knowledge-sharing in our interactive webinar. We shared our tips on hiring, retention and answered questions about using Omnia reports the right way.

We are excited for 2022 with a series of new offerings. First off – the new First Friday Fundamentals training session for our clients, which you guessed it, will be on the first Friday of every month. We’ll take a deep dive into our assessments, dissect those measurements, and show you how to use those 8 columns in our reports. We are moving our TakeAway Tuesday webinar to a quarterly calendar.

On that note, here’s wishing you some well-deserved time off and a very happy new year. And before we leave you, we have a favor to ask!
