We all love summer, don’t we? Of course, the weeks before setting off for vacation are often incredibly hectic. June was like that for us. We started off celebrating the Class of 2021, and we expanded into India and Southeast Asia through a new partnership, all while paying homage to the memories of summer camp.
Whether it was the smell of the campfire, the buzzing of mosquitos, the sting of a hot summer day, summer camp has a special place in our hearts. That’s why we introduced Camp Omnia in June to relive those fond memories. It was a special series where we embarked on a learning journey towards improving ourselves and our teams – with merit badges to boot. Over the four weeks, our employees, partners, and customers earned badges for fostering team culture, retention, selection, and self-awareness!
Continuing with the Camp Omnia spirit, in this issue, we show you how to create a compelling selection and employee retention plan, instill self-awareness and develop and foster positive team dynamics.
We also bring you a unique, interactive webinar, where our Camp Omnia Counselors answered questions faced by team managers on motivating and engaging teams, effective and productive communication, performance management, and introducing and using Omnia assessments.
We’ve all been working hard, so let’s kick off this summer by taking some time off (we are!) to refuel, recharge, and then jump back in full throttle. See you next month!
