Making Behavioral Assessment Conversations Easier
Greetings, Omnia Partners!
It’s hard to believe we’re already heading into the final quarter of 2026. We hope you’ve had a strong year so far and are looking forward to everything these last few months will bring.
Q4 has a way of bringing priorities into sharper focus. Organizations are working to close out the year strong while also looking ahead — filling critical roles, preparing their teams for an increasingly AI-driven world, and setting priorities for 2027.
For our partners, it’s also a good time to start those conversations with clients. What are their biggest people challenges? Where could data help them make stronger hiring and development decisions? And what systems can they put in place now to be better prepared?
We have new resources, research, and opportunities to help you support those conversations in the months ahead.
A New Resource for Your Client Conversations
When you introduce behavioral assessments to a client, one of the first questions you may hear is: What does a behavioral assessment actually tell us?
We’ve created a new resource to help answer that question.
It provides a straightforward look at what a behavioral assessment measures, how it supports talent decisions, and where it can be used across the employee lifecycle.
There’s also a practical checklist your clients can use to think through where behavioral insights could make the biggest difference in their organization.
Whether you’re introducing Omnia to a new client or expanding the conversation with an existing one, we hope this gives you another useful resource to share.

Help Shape Talent Trends 2027
Our Talent Trends research is entering its sixth year and the reason we started it still matters today.
Most talent benchmarks available are based on data from large enterprises. That leaves SMB leaders trying to extrapolate those trends and determine what they mean for their own organizations, even though the challenges they face are fundamentally different.
That’s the gap Omnia set out to fill with Talent Trends: research grounded in the realities, challenges, and priorities of small and midsize businesses.
The 2027 survey is now open, and this is where our partners can make a real difference. We’d love for you to take the survey and share it with your clients and network. The more real-world data we gather, the more relevant the insights will be.
The survey takes about 10 minutes, responses are anonymous, and we’ll share a complimentary copy of the 2027 Talent Trends Report when it’s released in February.

Partner Spotlight
This quarter we’re spotlighting the Ohio Bankers League (OBL), the premier banking association for banks in Ohio. The Omnia Group has been an Affiliate Member of the OBL since April 2024.
Founded in the late 1800s, the OBL has served as the voice of Ohio’s banking industry for more than 135 years, evolving from its early days as the Ohio Bankers Association and the Ohio League of Financial Institutions into the organization it is today. The league now represents more than 160 FDIC-insured banks and thrifts across the state, ranging from small community banks to some of the largest financial institutions in the country, and connects them through advocacy, education, and shared resources.
As an Affiliate Member, Omnia participates in OBL conferences and provides education to their members, most recently conducting a workshop on burnout to their Next Generation Advisory Board members. We are looking forward to presenting at their upcoming Main Event in Columbus this October.
Through the Omnia Behavioral Assessment, OBL members get a reliable, human-centered way to hire, develop, and retain the right people, something that matters more than ever in today’s competitive banking labor market.
Here’s to two great years and many more ahead. To learn more about the Ohio Bankers League, visit ohiobankersleague.com.
