🎊 39th Anniversary Updates, Survey Report, and eBook
Greetings, Omnia Partners!
Happy March! We are in the homestretch as we wind down the first quarter. How do you feel about the year so far?
This month marks the 39th Omnia anniversary and we have some exciting news to share with you. We recently released our third annual Talent Trends Survey Report — Reimagine Your Talent Strategies: Insights to Navigate the Fast-Evolving Landscape in 2024. We uncovered encouraging findings like the lowest annual average turnover in the past 3 years and a steady labor market.Â
However, we also found that there is room for improvement in employee engagement and providing growth and development opportunities. Our report revealed that employees are looking for stability and are willing to stay with your organization longer if the company culture works for them. Download your copy if you haven’t already for actionable strategies, and please do share it with your customers.
Our findings regarding the importance of company culture align with industry reports. According to a Glassdoor study, 77% of job seekers consider company culture before applying for a job, and an EY report shows that 92% of employees say culture impacts their decision to stay working with an employer. In response, we have created an eBook guide to understanding, nurturing, and revitalizing company culture when necessary. All companies need some degree of culture optimization. Please download our Cultivating Excellence: The Blueprint for a Successful Company Culture eBook and run a company culture check. It has a ready-to-use survey in it!
Thanks to our valuable partner network, we now have a presence in 15 countries, and people can take our assessment in 11 languages. In this issue, we are pleased to introduce our partner in New Zealand.
Let’s dive right in!
Partner Spotlight
Since 1987, The Omnia Group Ltd has been providing employee selection services and psychometric/behavioral assessments to companies in Australia and New Zealand.
With its population of 5 million people, New Zealand is a country of small and micro businesses. Numbering around 546,000, these small companies make up approximately 97% of all firms. When you have fewer than 20 employees in your organization, it’s essential to get hiring decisions right the first time. That’s where Omnia comes in!
They understand that managing the recruitment and employee selection process can be daunting, especially when running a small business where one employee may have to perform multiple roles. Managers are busy and may not have the time or resources to devote to hiring, but bringing the wrong person on board, even though they looked great on paper and interviewed well, can have disastrous consequences for a small company.
Omnia Group Ltd helps clients in all parts of employee selection and development. Their range of products not only assists businesses in hiring the right person but also helps with leadership and sales development, employee engagement, and identifying growth and training opportunities.
