Workforce Realities Shaping 2026
As leaders look ahead to the new year, many are seeking data, tools, and clarity to chart their strategies. Hiring plans remain cautious, engagement is still uneven, and many organizations are rethinking how they develop and support their people. At the same time, they are pushing ahead with automation and exploring how to use AI effectively, often without a clear plan for how those changes will affect their teams.
At Omnia, we help organizations navigate these realities by giving leaders a clearer view of the people side of their business. The Omnia Behavioral Assessment is more than a hiring tool. It provides behavioral insight that helps businesses make better decisions at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Also, we continue to create new resources to help you advise your clients with confidence.

Partner Spotlight
Associated Risk Managers International, Inc. (ARM) is a long-established network of independent insurance agencies, founded in the early 1970s and owned and directed solely by its members.
Over the years, ARM has continued to expand its footprint through a thoughtful, deliberate selection process. Today, the organization operates across 19 states, representing more than 130 agencies and over $3.5 billion in property and casualty premiums. What began as a state-based initiative has grown into a regional and now national network, giving members access to a broader range of vendors, markets, and programs than they could typically reach on their own.
ARM has partnered with The Omnia Group since 2021, providing members with valuable tools to support both their hiring efforts and their ongoing talent development needs. At a time when finding the right talent can be especially challenging, Omnia’s behavioral assessment offers clarity and confidence in hiring decisions. Even when a new hire isn’t on the horizon, members benefit from using the Omnia Assessment to better understand and develop current employees, enhancing communication, productivity, and overall team effectiveness.
Barb Amft, ARM’s Corporate Assistant Secretary/Treasurer, shared her firsthand experience with the Omnia Assessment: “I can attest to the assessment, since I was a guinea pig during one of our Omnia webinars for ARM members. Upon receiving my results, I, along with my bosses on the call, agreed that the results were spot on. We could all see what my strengths and weaknesses were within the charts. It was very enlightening and helped with the promotion during our webinar.”
