New! Multifactor Authentication Now Available
We’re excited to introduce Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to enhance the security of your Omnia client portal access. This optional feature adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a second form of verification at login.
How It Works:
- MFA is optional and can be enabled by your Omnia Customer Success Manager or Technical Team contact.
- Each user sets up MFA individually—no admin setup needed.
- After logging in, users select their preferred verification method (text or email) and confirm it with a code.
- For two weeks after activation, users can skip setup; after that, MFA registration will be required.
- MFA verification will only be needed once per day at login.
